I have wanted to do a ‘Photo of the Day’ project for years now but I’ve been doubtful I’d be able to stick with it. This year I decided to give it a go and I’ve made a few rules to make it easier for me to be successful. The photos will be taken with my iPhone – and the final images will be straight out of the camera except for maybe a little cropping or converting to black and white. Five days in and it’s been fun capturing a few moments of my day with the tool I have in my pocket.

Happy New Year! I’ve been very absent here for a few weeks – taking a much needed break. I have quite a few photos I haven’t shared and am looking forward to doing so soon.
I’ve spent the last few days going through my photos from 2011 to put together my annual slide show of my favorite photos.
