Happy New Year! One of my favorite things to do each year is to go back through all my photos of the past year and pick out my favorites photos. It’s very hard for me to reduce them to a reasonable number but here you go – Kris Allen Photography’s Best of 2012.

Tacoma’s Wright Park is putting on quite a show this fall! Meet the first of three families I photographed there last weekend.
Once again I was able to get a session in at Wright Park before it started raining. It’s been a wet one lately but the trees are on fire right now! This family was a trouper during this session – you’d never know we were getting drizzled on for part of it.
We managed to squeeze this family’s session in just before the rain and hail on Sunday!

I met this Issaquah High Senior at Flaming Geyser State Park on Saturday for his senior photos – what a gorgeous park and gorgeous day!
I met this lovely lady and her family at the park last weekend. We had fun playing in the grass and then heading over to the beach. Have I mentioned how much I am loving this summer like weather?
