Happy New Year! I apologize for how quiet my website has been the past two months! I was so busy with client photos right up until the holidays that I just couldn’t keep up. I’m going to be playing catch up this month sharing some of the lovely families I photographed at the end of last year – I’m also planning to bring back the ‘Photo of the Day’ for 2013.
I met this family in downtown Tacoma for photos twice – the first time we got completely rained out. I’ve had a bit of drizzle during sessions before but this is the first time I’ve been caught in a complete downpour. We were drenched and rescheduled for the following weekend when fortunately we had much better weather. These boys are adorable and big brother has grown just a bit since the last time I saw him in 2010: http://www.krisallenphotography.com/?p=4480.
Happy New Year! One of my favorite things to do each year is to go back through all my photos of the past year and pick out my favorites photos. It’s very hard for me to reduce them to a reasonable number but here you go – Kris Allen Photography’s Best of 2012.
It was another beautiful afternoon for photos at Tacoma’s Wright Park last Sunday.
I met this lovely Stadium Senior Saturday morning for her senior photos – love the fall colors!
Family number two at Wright Park last weekend.
Tacoma’s Wright Park is putting on quite a show this fall! Meet the first of three families I photographed there last weekend.
Once again I was able to get a session in at Wright Park before it started raining. It’s been a wet one lately but the trees are on fire right now! This family was a trouper during this session – you’d never know we were getting drizzled on for part of it.
We managed to squeeze this family’s session in just before the rain and hail on Sunday!
I was so happy that the weather cooperated with me on Sunday so that I was able to take photos of this Todd Beamer senior at the Dumas Bay Centre in Federal Way.
It was stormy when I woke up Saturday morning but the sun came out just in time for my family session at the Arboretum in Seattle. The last time I saw these two was when I photographed their wedding two years ago. They’ve been busy since then and have started a family with the addition of this adorable little guy!
I spent a fun morning with this family of four in downtown Tacoma.
I met this Issaquah High Senior at Flaming Geyser State Park on Saturday for his senior photos – what a gorgeous park and gorgeous day!
I met this lovely lady and her family at the park last weekend. We had fun playing in the grass and then heading over to the beach. Have I mentioned how much I am loving this summer like weather?
